Can I add image files to an existing order?
It is possible to add image files to an existing order. The requester will have to email our customer support teams whom will open the order for renewed uploads.
US customers email to personalizedsolutions@zimmerbiomet.com, outside of the US: support@clinicalgraphics.com.
Once Customer Support has reverted the order status back to incomplete you can log in and add the missing files. To do so, please find your order in the Lightbox and select 'Continue (placing your order)' and 'Confirm'. Now drag and drop all the image files to the order once again. The system will detect which files it already received and automatically add the missing files.
