When can I expect to receive my report?
The standard delivery time of a report is 10 business days from the date the image data is uploaded to the order.
You can speed up the delivery of the report. During the order creation process there is an option to indicate a earlier delivery time then the standard 10 business days. The option for high priority allows the user to fill in a delivery date (up to 2 business days after the date on which the image data is uploaded to the order). There is a rush charge applied for high priority delivery.
If an order has already been made and requires a quicker delivery the requester will have to email our customer support teams. US customers email to personalizedsolutions@zimmerbiomet.com, outside of the US: support@clinicalgraphics.com.
