Rejection due to lack of knee images
We reject scans that lack knee images. If the submitted image data is missing image files depicting the knee condyles it is not possible to include femoral version and this affects the accuracy of 3D motion simulations of internal rotation of the femur. Providing knee images with visible knee condyles will resolve this issue. We refer to our scanning protocols for further instructions or contact our support team in case of questions.
